Today at 3:45 Am, God did indeed declare Marc's earthly work complete and his suffering from melanoma over forever as he took him home to his Lord and Savior. Our prayers were answered as we thank God for his wonderful life and praise Him to not allowing Marc to suffer such pain another long night. Please rejoice with us in his homecoming and celebrate Marcus' life and family at the First Christian Reformed Church in Oskaloosa on Tuesday, April 29 at 10:30 AM. A family visitation will be held on Monday at the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa from 5 to 7:30 PM. Thank you for sharing in this short yet incredible journey with us. We'll share more memories of Marc and his brave flight from this life in the days to come. For tonight, we KNOW that "by Day the Lord directs his love, at night His song is with me" Psalm 42:8

Dear Judy,
I've had you in my thoughts and prayers throughout these past weeks and I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope to get together with you sometime after the busyness is past. I've enjoyed the times we've spent together so much. I pray that you feel The Father's presence holding you close through this time and times to come. I also pray for your children.
